Commission on Accreditation For Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE)-Educator (9.50 hours)

This blended learning course combines online content with an in-person session for individuals seeking to become Advanced Life Support instructors. Successful participants will receive an Advanced Life Support Instructor certification and an Advanced Life Support certification, both valid for 2 years.

1. Examine the role and responsibilities of the Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor.
2. Prepare for course delivery, utilizing various teaching methods and administrative resources to deliver high-quality standardized education.
3. Evaluate participant performance, providing feedback consistent with standardized Red Cross assessment tools to optimize ALS outcomes.
4. Apply course content and curriculum materials to facilitate active learning by the healthcare team.

This CE activity is accredited for 9.5 Educator CEH by The American Red Cross, an organization accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].
